At Waking Life Wellness, we are dedicated to providing high quality coaching, supportive resources, and meaningful rewards that recognise your growth. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or claiming a reward.

Digital Products
All digital products and resources, including training plans, nutrition guides, coaching content, and downloadable materials, are delivered electronically.
Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be refunded or returned. Please ensure that you are ready to begin before completing your purchase.
If you experience any technical difficulties with your download or access, email abby@wakinglife.co.uk and we will resolve it promptly.

Physical Merchandise (Optional Add-On Purchases)
Clients enrolled in a 6, 12, or 16 Week Programme may choose to purchase Waking Life branded clothing as an optional add-on.
Because these items are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

Complimentary Programme Rewards (Caps and Hoodies)
The Waking Life exclusive cap (12 Week Programme) and the hoodie and cap (16 Week Programme) are complimentary, non-retail rewards provided only to verified programme graduates.
These items are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of damage or defect upon arrival.

Damage or Defects
If any physical item (purchased or complimentary) arrives damaged or defective:
